Privacy
What Aimiru keeps about you and your agents, for how long, and what it never keeps.
What Aimiru keeps
- Your account: the email address and name Google or Apple share when you sign in.
- Until you delete everything.
- Your agents, your rules and your answers to their requests.
- Until you remove them, or delete everything.
- Your record: for each step an agent checks, which agent, what kind of step and the line the agent wrote about it, the amount and who it was for, what Aimiru decided and when. Who it was for is kept as a name and a fingerprint. Aimiru keeps none of the words of the emails or messages your agents send.
- Until you delete everything. The fingerprint Aimiru publishes for each day stays, and it holds nothing about you.
- The people, sites and payees you know, under Rules: each as you see it there, with a fingerprint.
- Until you forget them there, or delete everything. Forgetting leaves only a fingerprint and when you forgot, so they count as new again.
- Each device you turn alerts on for: what its browser gives Aimiru to reach it, and which browser it is.
- Until you turn alerts off on that device, or delete everything.
- Details and model keys you put in the Vault, encrypted with a key for your space.
- Until you remove them, or delete everything.
- Agent keys and approval links, only as fingerprints, so Aimiru cannot read them back.
- An approval link works once and ends with its request. A key ends when you remove its agent.
- A demo at /try: its agent, its rules and its record. To limit how many demos one network starts in an hour, Aimiru keeps a fingerprint of the network, never its address.
- 24 hours. After that Aimiru keeps only counts across demos, with nothing that names a person.
- A sentence Aimiru cannot read on its own may go to a model that helps it read. Signed in, Settings, Privacy and data names each model that is on and what each one keeps.
- The model Lovable provides may keep what it reads for up to 90 days.
What Aimiru never keeps
- Your passwords. Aimiru never asks for one.
- A sign-in to any of your other accounts, such as your email or your bank.
- Anything to train a model on. Aimiru never trains on your data.
What the host adds to every page
- Lovable, the service that hosts Aimiru, adds page analytics and a session recording to every page. Both record the full address of each page you open.
- An approval link takes its one-time code out of the address before either of them runs.
Taking it with you, or deleting it
Signed in, Settings, Privacy and data exports your whole record as a file you can check anywhere. Delete everything there removes your space, agents, rules, details and record for good.
